Greenroom Server

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Anticipate and respond to guest needs
• Address guest concerns/complaints regarding food or service with a friendly, positive attitude
• Organize and prioritize service according to the appropriate sequence
• Take menu, beverage, and bar orders from artists and communicate with the kitchen and/or bar via micros terminal
• Check food orders before serving to ensure correctness, presentation, and meeting special requests
• Deliver food and beverages to artists
• Perform opening, running, and closing duties as per HOB policy
• Maintain atmosphere control by circulating through the work area during shifts
• Memorize menus and daily specials
• Remove used plates and glasses once artists finish
• Clean spills and maintain sanitation standards
• Stay informed about music, promotional, or special events
• Provide proper documents for catering cost calculations
• Communicate menu changes or dietary restrictions to kitchen staff
• Ensure dressing rooms are set up with rider and in-house items upon band arrival
• Ensure the room is clean and free of previous occupants

Education and Experience:

• 2-5 years of high-volume restaurant experience
• Guest relations skills
• Wine and liquor knowledge
• High School Diploma
• Transportation to retrieve items not available on-site

Physical Demands:

• Prolonged standing and working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs.
• Legal work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
