Responsibilities include preparing and cooking raw food items for airlines in a timely manner and in accordance with company, FDA, and airline standards and regulations. One (1) or more years (depending on the specific cooking responsibilities and assigned airlines) of experience cooking in a commercial, high volume production kitchen required.

• 1 or more years of experience
• Experience working in high-volume food production or large-scale kitchens is preferred.
• Understanding proper handling, storage, and sanitation to prevent contamination.
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift heavy items, and work in a kitchen environment.
• High School Diploma or equivalent (required)
• Read and write English fluently
