To operate the restaurant in the absence of the Senior/General Manager. Assist in achieving sales growth by maintaining the highest standards of quality, service, and cleanliness with constant focus on profitability.

• Interview and hire qualified staff based on company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Schedule sufficient staff to accommodate guest flow and manage labor costs to meet company standards.
• Train and develop crew under the direction of the Senior/General Manager.
• Maintain a cooperative and harmonious working relationship with management and crew; provide coaching, counseling, and discipline as warranted.
• Conduct management and crew meetings to discuss operational procedures, promotions, safety, security, and training.
• Maintain adequate supply of all products and items necessary to operate the restaurant and control inventory to meet food‑cost variance standards.
• Maintain reports and records according to company standards and in compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain building and equipment using proper operating, cleaning, and preventive maintenance procedures.
• Handle all cash responsibilities and ensure adherence to cash procedures.
• Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
• Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies and procedures to ensure a safe and compliant environment for all.
• Consistently exhibit actions and behaviors that best demonstrate BNE’s vision and values; perform other tasks as directed by management.

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Must meet physical demands required of the role.

• 2 years of management experience.
• Available to work all shifts and weekends.
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen.
• Valid driver’s license.
