Department: Purchasing

Reports To: Purchasing Manager

As order fulfillment associate you will be responsible for sourcing goods, maintaining vendor relationships and providing customer support for timeliness of product delivery. The successful candidate will perform strategic activities across multiple demands; ultimately providing a high quality experience for our customers. This is a fast‑paced job requiring a high level of focus, accuracy, and organization.

Exempt

• Submit, follow, and process purchase orders to completion with a high level of accuracy
• Customer service and order support to maintain timeliness of product delivery
• Resolve errors with suppliers
• Authorize payment for purchases
• Assess, manage and mitigate risks
• Maintain Purchase Order Report
• Maintain Order Follow‑Up Report
• Enter purchase order tracking numbers
• Create RMAs
• Process vendor returns
• Perform other duties as assigned
• Maintain regular and prompt attendance
• Accomplish purchasing and organizational expectations by completing related tasks as needed

High school diploma or equivalent

• Great efficiency and attention to detail
• Extensive knowledge of purchasing systems and processes
