As a highly skilled freelance sales associate, you will provide makeup application, skin care advice, and hair or fragrance consultations. You will combine your creative and technical expertise and passion for people to deliver a welcoming, inspirational, and personalized in‑store experience that educates and delights customers.

You will work as part of a high‑performing team to create impact through in‑store events and maintain our visual merchandising standards to stand out against competitors.

Certification in makeup artistry and/or prior retail makeup experience is desirable, but we also consider items with beginner‑level expertise. Expertise in fragrance, skincare, or hair consultation is highly valued; we also support new professionals seeking to develop these skills.

• Deliver makeup application, skincare, fragrance, or hair consultation services to customers.
• Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.
• Participate in in‑store events and collaborate with the team to achieve visual merchandising standards.
• Shine in a fast‑paced retail environment during daily, evening, weekend, and special event hours.

• Retail experience preferred; amateur‑level experience acceptable if you demonstrate high creative and technical skills.
• Strong customer‑service abilities presenting inspirational, authentic, and personalized interactions.
• Ability to work retail hours, including days, nights, weekends and special events.
• Experience with point‑of‑sale software.
• Proof of right to live and work in the United States upon interview invitation.
