Fashion & Fragrance Retail Specialist

Job Responsibilities

• Engage customers in a courteous and professional manner, providing exceptional service and assistance.
• Assist customers in selecting products, offering advice and recommendations based on their preferences and needs.
• Process transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale system.
• Maintain a clean and organized store environment, including restocking shelves and arranging displays.
• Stay updated on current fashion trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and returns promptly and effectively.
• Participate in promotional events and initiatives to drive sales and brand awareness.

• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in sales or retail management is a plus.
• Proven experience in retail sales or customer service, preferably in the fashion or fragrance industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Knowledge of fashion trends, brands, and fragrances is desirable.
• Proficiency in using point-of-sale systems and basic computer skills.
