Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily operations of the store, including sales, inventory management, and customer service.
• Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets and maximize profitability.
• Recruit, train, and supervise store staff, ensuring high levels of performance and customer satisfaction.
• Create and maintain a welcoming and visually appealing store environment.
• Monitor and analyze sales trends, customer feedback, and market competition to make informed decisions.
• Manage store expenses and budgets effectively.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as health and safety regulations.
• Foster a positive working atmosphere and encourage teamwork among staff members.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience in retail management, preferably in the fashion or fragrance industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and retail management software.
• Knowledge of current fashion and fragrance trends.
• Bilingual proficiency in English and French is an asset.
