Retail Keyholder (Store 3960) – Game Stop

Join Game Stop as a Retail Keyholder and help create unforgettable gaming experiences for our customers.

• Deliver best-in-class guest service: greet guests, respond to questions and concerns promptly, and provide gaming knowledge.
• Process sales, trade‑in, and reservation transactions accurately via the POS system.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and merchandised store environment, including restrooms and fixtures.
• Support Omni‑Channel orders and manage inventory counts and restock merchandise.
• Adhere to all Game Stop policies, opening/closing procedures, and cash handling requirements.

• Legal work eligibility in the United States and proof of identity.
• Minimum age 18 and high school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 1 year of retail sales, guest service, or management experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills, including bilingual English/Spanish preferred.
• Ability to stand, move, and work unassisted for up to 10 hours per day.

• Exceptional guest service skills and authentic friendliness.
