The Brand Ambassador provides personalized, inspiring customer service and supports sales objectives in a retail environment. This role contributes to a welcoming team experience while maintaining store standards and sharing knowledge of fashion and styling.
Responsibilities- Deliver excellent customer service and meet individual sales and performance objectives.
- Support customers with styling, sizing, fitting rooms, and available programs and offerings.
- Maintain sales floor and back-of-house standards, including visual presentation, replenishment, and opening or closing tasks.
- Collaborate with colleagues, participate in training, and share product feedback with management.
- Retail or similar industry experience is preferred.
- Communicate effectively and build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
- Operate a register and remain active on the sales floor for extended periods; lift or climb as needed.
- Work a flexible schedule that may include evenings, weekends, and overnight shifts.
