The Club at Creighton Farms is seeking a personable, creative, and service-driven retail professional to help deliver an exceptional shopping experience for our members and guests. Working closely with our Golf Professional Staff and Southworth’s corporate retail team, this individual will support merchandise planning, inventory management, visual merchandising, and personalized member service.

• Deliver first-class service through attentive assistance, personalized recommendations, and lasting relationships with members and guests.
• Assist with seasonal Open-to-Buy planning in alignment with approved budgets, sales goals, and inventory turnover targets.
• Monitor inventory levels and identify replenishment needs, communicating fill-in merchandise orders promptly.
• Maintain an attractive, thoughtfully merchandised Golf Shop with displays that highlight new arrivals, seasonal collections, and club merchandise.
• Manage Golf Shop social media content in alignment with club and Southworth brand standards.
• Attend the annual PGA Merchandise Show and other applicable buying shows to identify desirable brands, products, and fashion trends.
• Coordinate and conduct physical inventories with support from the Golf Professional Staff.
• Develop and execute engaging retail events and promotions, including trunk shows, seasonal launches, and holiday shopping experiences.
• Assist with invoice processing, special orders, and merchandise requests.
• Maintain a working knowledge of golf operations, including tee times, pace of play, and club procedures, to support a seamless member experience.
• Collaborate with Southworth’s retail team to implement best practices and identify opportunities to enhance sales, presentation, and service.

• Two to three years of retail experience preferred, particularly in merchandising, specialty retail, or a private-club environment. Candidates with less experience and a strong desire to learn and grow are encouraged to apply.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred; studies in merchandising, retail management, or a related field are a plus. PGA Members are encouraged to apply.
• Strong customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• An outgoing, friendly personality and a genuine commitment to hospitality.
• Knowledge of current men’s and women’s fashion and an eye for visual merchandising.
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to take initiative in a fast-paced environment.
