Duties and Responsibilities
  • Providing compassionate consultations to customers personalized to their needs and lifestyle.
  • Successfully demonstrating the Good Feet product lines with the intention to help, support, and provide excellent solutions to customer concerns and goals.
  • Educate customers in how a 3‑Step system or 3‑Step Bundle is designed to support their needs and wellness goals.
  • Providing personalized consultative fittings inclusive of the customer standing, walking, and kneeling to ensure customers receive the correct product size and support.
  • Professionally provide support during balance, walk, and other fit testing activities.
  • Assist the store in creating an environment conducive to achieving team and personal goals based on company metrics.
  • Support individual team members’ growth through coaching and engagement in company initiatives.
  • Participate in ongoing training sessions to optimize the script, product specifics, and sales objectives.
  • Keep return percentage under company benchmarks.
  • Maintain professionalism in all communication and business activities.
  • Handle product deliveries and assist with inventory management.
  • Complete opening and closing operations as directed by the sales management team.
  • Engage in regular store and company‑wide meetings in virtual or in‑person settings.
  • Embrace the Easy Step Vision, Mission, and Values.
  • Occasional travel to other stores for assistance.

Compensation

Hourly Base + Commission

  • Average annual amount: $60,000–$80,000.
  • Base hourly rates paid every two weeks.
  • A tiered commission structure based on total sales in the previous month.
  • Commission paid monthly.

Requirements Required Skills/Abilities
  • Mindset geared towards brightening customers’ day through friendly consultations.
  • Drive to reach sales metrics.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Organized and efficient.
  • Preferred experience using Salesforce or similar CRM.
  • Preferred experience with POS systems.
  • Preferred understanding of sales metrics and KPIs.
  • Passionate about the value and wellness benefits of Good Feet products.
Education/Experience
  • High School Diploma or G.E.D.
  • Consultative or customer‑facing sales experience preferred.
Physical Requirements
  • Comfortable with constant talking, standing, walking, kneeling, assisting customers with shoe removal/placement, bending, reaching, and walking/balance tests.
  • Lifting up to 40 pounds.
  • Ascending/descending ladders or step stools.
