IB Roof Systems has an opening for a Manufacturing Sales Representative for the states of Virginia and Maryland. The position aims to have a highly motivated individual to specify and sell IB Roof System products and service the territory. This position reports to Regional Manager, East.
What You’ll Be Doing- Actively engage with Building Owners, Architects, Roofing Consultants that are in the assigned territory with the goal of having IB Roof Systems specified.
- Develop and support roofing contractors to increase sales of IB Roof Systems in the assigned territory.
- Provide and facilitate training for roofing contractors, estimators, crews to increase and maintain installation and specification proficiency.
- Develop a business plan for the assigned territory for revenue and share growth.
- Minimum of 8 years of sales related experience, preferably to Roofing Contractors, Building Owners, Architects, and Roof Consultants.
- 5+ years of B2B / Building Products, Manufacturing industry experience preferred.
- Commercial Roofing knowledge must be able to walk roofs as needed to assist contractors with roof layout.
- Strategic thinker with ability to adapt to fast paced and changing environment and work effectively across customer segments.
- Experience with CRM system (Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, Oracle Net Suite).
- Outstanding interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to travel frequently in assigned territory.
