Our 12 person team is looking to add two additional Account Managers to help provide world class service representing our office to our amazing loyal customers. We have experienced substantial growth over the nearly 20 years in business, and we are looking for two detail-oriented, high-character individuals who thrive in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities- Establish and maintain customer relationships, and follow up with customers as needed.
- Use a customer‑focused, needs‑based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Develop leads, ask for referrals, schedule appointments, identify customer needs, and market appropriate products and services.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and lead by example with willingness to learn and effective problem‑solving skills.
- Network and participate in community service events and other marketing opportunities.

$45,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Employees of State Farm agents must complete all applicable licensing requirements and training programs. State Farm agents are independent contractors who hire their own employees; their employees are not employees of State Farm.
