What You Will DoMake sales to retailers, primarily by securing commitments to increase stock, place orders, expand shelf space, and participate in incentive programmes.
Identify opportunities to drive volume and market share within your assignment, optimise coverage to meet and exceed objectives, and establish credibility to maximise sales and promote company priorities.
Actively seek and report insights from retail activities to strengthen the team and align company Brand strategy.
Collaborate with division resources to seize sales opportunities and support the division Sales Manager with input on potential areas for improvement.
Develop and maintain strong retail partnerships, utilise the ITG Portal for reimbursement and tracking, and share best‑practice approaches to improve overall division performance.
Execute retail execution objectives, manage retail coverage, and develop store‑level activities to meet strategic goals.
Ensure placement and merchandising of displays, maintain retail partnership agreements, enforce promotional programmes, and manage competitive pricing initiatives.
Provide insight reports to the division Sales Manager and HQ, and perform other job‑related duties as assigned.
Qualifications- Required
Minimum Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED, 21 years of age or older, valid driver’s license issued by state of residence. - Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Microsoft Teams.
- Verbal and written communication, attention to detail, problem analysis, time and task management, multitasking, flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to make sales and obtain commitments; communicate with a broad audience; maintain effective working relationships; demonstrate critical thinking; work with diverse populations; prioritise assignments; manage time effectively.
- Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field with 1+ year related sales experience.
- Employee must live within the assignment boundary or be willing to relocate at own expense. Moderate physical effort; occasional lifting 10‑50 lbs.; bend, crouch, stretch, climb or reach in retail environments.
- Walks, sits, or stands for extended periods; travel required based on assignment; occasional exposure to noise, dust, or weather; operates in retail/wholesale environment; prolonged machine operation including vehicle, computer and keyboard equipment.
