Licensed Inbound Sales Center Insurance Agent, Personal Lines

• Minimum of 2+ years of recent sales experience, particularly in negotiating and overcoming objections
• Sales experience in insurance, retail, or banking is highly preferred; inbound sales experience is a plus
• Ability to adapt and thrive in a fast‑paced environment
• Strong customer service focus in a distraction‑free environment
• High‑speed broadband internet service with specified upload/download speeds

• Experience in a customer‑facing role
• Previous sales experience in the insurance industry
• Familiarity with working in a metric‑driven, pay‑for‑performance sales organization
