Overview
For our client, a multinational company providing integrated solutions for the automation with commercial, residential and industrial applications, we are looking for REGIONAL SALES MANAGER to spearhead their sales operations.
Position TitleRegional Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic
Position SummaryThe Regional Sales Manager - Mid Atlantic is responsible for identifying potential customers, generating leads, building client relationships, and closing sales. You will be the face of the company, helping to drive revenue and customer growth.
Responsibilities- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
- Present, promote, and sell products/services to existing and prospective customers.
- Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers.
- Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
- Reach out to customer leads through follow-ups and scheduled meetings.
- Achieve agreed-upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule (monthly and annualy).
- Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments.
- Complete General Contractor registration forms (when applicable)
- Analyze market potential, track sales, and provide feedback to management.
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and other networking events as required.
- Proven work experience as a Sales Representative or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
- Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
- Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
- Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
- Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent sales and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software – CRM’s.
