Position SummaryWe are seeking a highly motivated and results‑driven Sales Representative with a hunter mentality to join our Commercial Pest Control team. This role focuses on new business development, targeting commercial and industrial clients across various sectors. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast‑paced environment, excels at prospecting, and is passionate about solving customer problems with tailored pest management solutions.
Key Responsibilities- Prospect and generate new leads through cold calling, networking, referrals, and field visits.
- Identify and qualify opportunities in target verticals such as food processing, hospitality, healthcare, property management, and manufacturing.
- Conduct on‑site inspections and assessments to understand client needs and develop customized service proposals.
- Present and sell pest control solutions to decision‑makers, including facility managers, operations leaders, and procurement teams.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Collaborate with service and operations teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and pipeline in CRM tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor offerings, and regulatory requirements.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 2+ years of B2B sales experience, preferably in pest control, facilities services, or a related field.
- Proven track record of hunting and closing new business.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Self‑starter with excellent time management and organizational abilities.
- Ability to travel regionally to meet with clients and prospects.
- State‑specific licensing requirements may apply.
