• Develop local hollow metal project pricing strategies in conjunction with the Regional Sales Vice President and Sales Managers
• Partner with sales and product management teams to create custom approaches for capturing market share
• Analyze and communicate market dynamics and competitive changes effectively
• Maintain project hit rate statistics to inform pricing strategy adjustments
• Build and manage relationships with key hollow metal distributors to anticipate customer needs

• High School Diploma required;
  Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 5+ years of demonstrated hollow metal experience
• Knowledge of the security industry
• Strong communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to interface with multiple levels and functions internally and externally

• Sales experience in both hollow metal and hardware industries
• Understanding of operations and project management constraints along with financial acumen
• Proven ability to influence and collaborate at all levels
• Proficiency with CRM and estimation tools (i.e., Siebel)
• Ability to travel 50%
