You'll be the first dedicated sales hire. You'll own the entire outreach process from lead to booked demo.
Responsibilities- Write personalized outreach emails.
- Book 15-minute discovery calls for founder demos.
- Manage lead pipeline in CRM.
- Track and report on conversion metrics weekly.
- Re-engage cold leads with new insights.
- 1-3 years in outbound sales, SDR, or customer success.
- Excellent written English (you'll be emailing US/UK merchants).
- Comfortable with CRM tools (Hub Spot, Pipedrive, etc. ).
- Self-starter who can work async with minimal supervision.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce/Shopify is a plus.
- Experience selling to D2C brands.
- Familiarity with AI/SaaS products.
