Pay

$100,000/year + commission

Experience

At least 12 years of sales and/or employee benefits experience; experience selling to C‑suite strongly preferred; broker agency or benefits administration experience required.

Education

Bachelor’s degree preferred;
Life & Health Insurance License required.

Type & Schedule

Full‑time;
Direct Hire. Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Responsibilities
  • Identify, prospect, and close new business to meet quarterly and annual revenue goals.
  • Manage and grow an assigned book of business to achieve retention targets.
  • Collaborate with marketing to cultivate leads and improve strategic outreach.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and prospects, including senior‑level decision makers.
  • Educate clients on compliance, industry trends, and company value propositions.
  • Manage sales activities and pipeline through CRM tools.
  • Partner with account management teams to ensure high‑quality service delivery.
  • Participate in strategy development for renewals, open enrollment, and long‑term client planning.
Requirements
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills with strong influencing ability.
  • Ability to work strategically with C‑suite clients and key stakeholders.
  • Strong leadership, organization, and deadline‑management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with CRM systems.
  • Ability to articulate complex insurance concepts and company capabilities clearly.
  • Self‑motivated, disciplined, and able to thrive in a fast‑paced sales environment.
