Inside Sales Representative

Base pay range

$45,000.00/yr - $55,000.00/yr

MSP is a leading force in the industry, providing organizations with tangible physical branded merchandise (product, print, and point of sale) as well as marketing outlets to distribute that merchandise (ecommerce stores, fulfillment, direct mail and kitting). We’re currently seeking a motivated Inside Sales Representative to support our Sales team. This position can be remote (EST). Our ideal candidate has previous experience in the promotional product industry, working with Facilis/Syncore.

• Support and maintain positive relationships with customers
• Manage the order-writing and client confirmation process
• Follow up with the client post-delivery to ensure best-in-class service
• Work collaboratively with the sales representative for CRM activities and follow up commitments to be done on-time and accurately

• Previous experience in customer service/experience or inside sales support
• Experience in promotional products/sales a plus
• Experience using a CRM
• Excellent relationship building and communication skills
• Detail oriented with an eye for accuracy
• Ability to multi-task and work quickly in a deadline-driven environment
• Utilize technology to manage daily routines and work proactively
