Regional Sales Manager - Orthopedics

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve maximum sales and profits in the designated territory
• Recruit and manage independent distributors to enhance sales efforts
• Build and maintain relationships with key surgeons and distributors in the assigned territory
• Analyze market information to create effective sales plans and marketing strategies
• Support field sales activities including training, cadaver labs, dinners, and conferences

• Bachelor’s degree
• Minimum of 7 years of sales experience in the orthopedic field, preferably foot and ankle
• Willingness to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes
• Proven experience in negotiating contracts, managing territories, and resolving conflicts
• Experience working with independent distributors and hospital product approvals

• MBA
• Knowledge of foot and ankle products and technical specifications
• Experience with foot and ankle-specific independent distributors
