In this specialized role, you will work closely with our Sales team to prepare, type, review, and process timeshare sales contracts and related documentation. You will ensure that sales agreements are accurately entered, processed, and updated while helping maintain a smooth transition from the sales process to contract completion. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with data, documents, contracts, and detailed information and takes pride in getting the details right.
WhatYou'll Do
- Prepare and type timeshare sales contracts and related sales documentation using Microsoft Excel and other office systems.
- Process sales agreements and supporting documentation from initial preparation through completion.
- Enter and verify contract information with a high degree of accuracy.
- Review contracts and documentation for completeness, accuracy, and required information.
- Process changes, modifications, and corrections to sales contracts as needed.
- Work closely with Sales Representatives to ensure contracts are properly prepared and processed.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to completed sales.
- Assist with post-sale customer service calls and questions related to contracts and completed sales.
- Communicate with internal departments to help ensure sales transactions move smoothly through the contract process.
- Handle sensitive customer and sales information with professionalism and confidentiality.
- Perform other contract-processing and office responsibilities as needed.

What We're Looking For- Have advanced Microsoft Excel skills and are comfortable working with spreadsheets and detailed information.

- Are organized and able to manage multiple contracts and priorities.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Are comfortable working independently while also collaborating with a fast-paced Sales team.
- Take pride in producing accurate, professional work.
- Have strong computer and office technology skills.

High school or equivalent preferred.
Physical RequirementsThis position involves extended periods of sitting and computer work, along with the ability to access office equipment and filing areas. Physical activities may include sitting, standing, typing, writing, reaching, bending, walking, climbing, carrying, kneeling, handling, pushing, and pulling. The employee must be able to operate standard office equipment, including computers, calculators, copiers, printers, and other office machines, and may be required to lift up to 15 pounds.
