Outside Sales Representative (B2B) – Northern Virginia/DC

Salary: $60,000 - $120,000 plus per year

Compensation includes a competitive base salary, uncapped commission, monthly bonus opportunities, vehicle reimbursement and paid training.

About the Role

Pure Water Resources is looking to add an Outside Sales Representative to our team.

This position is focused on developing new business relationships with commercial customers throughout Northern Virginia and DC. The majority of your time will be spent out in your assigned territory meeting with business owners, property managers, office administrators, and other decision makers.

This is a true outside sales position. Success in this role comes from consistently prospecting, following up, and building relationships over time. If you enjoy being out in the field, meeting new people, and taking ownership of your results, this position may be a good fit.

What You’ll Do

• Prospect new businesses within an assigned territory each day.
• Visit commercial businesses in person to introduce our products and services.
• Follow up on company-generated leads and referrals.
• Generate your own opportunities through cold calling, networking, and referrals.
• Perform site surveys and recommend the best solution for each customer.
• Prepare proposals and present pricing to prospective customers.
• Maintain accurate customer information and activities in our CRM.
• Work closely with our service and installation teams to ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Meet monthly and quarterly sales goals.

What We’re Looking For

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Organized with good time management.
• Comfortable prospecting and meeting with new businesses every day.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Previous B2B outside sales experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right person with the right attitude and work ethic.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
