Job Skills / RequirementsHiring Immediately. Sunstates Security is currently hiring Full‑Time Security Supervisor in the Troutville, VA area to work 1st shift. Pay rate $18.00/hr with weekly pay. Expected start date January 16, 2026.
Requirements- One year of Security, Military, or Law Enforcement experience preferred.
- One year or more of experience in a supervisory or shift lead position.
- Reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Excellent customer service and report writing skills.
- Ability to mentally analyze a situation, solve problems, and make decisions under pressure.
- Read and understand written instructions and communicate information and ideas clearly and concisely.
- Willing and able to work holidays, weekends, and in all weather conditions.
- Able to work independently.
A Security Site Supervisor may perform a multitude of duties as specified by the Post Orders and Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). The supervisor must read and become extremely knowledgeable of Post Orders and SOP and will act quickly and efficiently according to such directives.
Education RequirementsHigh School diploma or equivalent.
Certification RequirementsDCJS Registration.
