This is a full-time on-site role based in the Hampton Roads, Virginia Metropolitan Area for a Laborer. As a Laborer, you will be responsible for performing various physically demanding tasks on construction and job sites, including digging trenches, loading and unloading materials, and using various hand and power tools. The role also includes assisting with the installation, maintenance, and repair of telecommunication systems and equipment.

You will be required to follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with other team members to ensure projects are completed efficiently and effectively.

• Experience operating hand and power tools
• Physical stamina and strength to handle demanding tasks
• Basic understanding of construction and telecommunication systems
• Ability to follow safety protocols and guidelines
• Strong teamwork and communication skills
• Ability to work in various weather conditions
• Previous experience in construction or a related field is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
