Riverside Custom Outdoors is seeking a dedicated, experienced Outdoor Living Construction Foreman to lead our field crew in creating stunning outdoor living spaces. • Lead, train, and supervise a crew on landscape and hardscape construction projects
• Install retaining walls, seating walls, paver patios, fire features, sod, and softscape elements
• Plan daily operations, coordinate equipment/material needs, and ensure site readiness
• Operate skid steers, mini‑excavators, trucks, and trailers safely and efficiently
• Maintain site cleanliness and enforce safety standards
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members to ensure smooth project delivery
• Represent the company with professionalism, integrity, and leadership

• 5+ years of hardscape/pool construction experience
• Minimum 2+ years of experience as a crew leader or foreman
• Proficiency in installing pavers, retaining walls, landscapes, and fire/water features
• Experience operating skid steers, mini‑excavators, trucks with trailers
• Valid driver's license with clean driving record, CDL strongly preferred
• Strong math and measuring skills
• Preferred but not required:
  Experience with in‑ground pools, irrigation, masonry, wood structures
• Preferred:
  Hardscape or horticulture‑related certifications
• $30–$35/hour based on experience

Sales Office Based in Goochland County / Yard Located in Powhatan, VA

No overnight travel required unless specified
