Holder is recruiting an Operator for our project in Manasses, VA.

The perfect person for this job is a team player who thrives in a challenging and fast‑paced yet supported environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong sense of teamwork, the ability to work independently on assignments, handle multiple projects at once while remaining flexible, and work within tight deadlines.

Operator responsibilities include assisting field supervision with moving material safely and performing other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

• 1 year of experience plus equipment operator certifications.
• Understanding of safety and general constructability knowledge.
• OSHA 10 training minimum, OSHA 30 preferred.
• Forklift (all kinds), equipment, fall protection, and mobile elevation platform (boom and scissor) trained.
• Experience operating a skid steer and water truck preferred.
• Must pass a DMV check.
• Proof of forklift certification required.

Qualified candidates must be agile/mobile, alert, able to stand or walk for long periods, use hands/fingers to reach, handle and manipulate objects, climb ladders, scaffolds, and other objects, work on uneven surfaces or heights, read/write, and have visual and hearing acuity. They must be able to lift and carry materials weighing 50–100 lb, 75% of the time.

Individuals must work in an OSHA‑compliant safety environment, work outdoors, be available for overtime and weekend hours, demonstrate punctuality and promptness daily, and pass a project‑specific background check.
