Job Overview
As a Master Plumber on our Richmond team, you will join our mission of Bringing Happiness to Every Home™ by supporting our Installation teams in delivering five‑star shower installation and bath remodel experiences to our customers. You will report directly to our General Manager and work closely with our Installation Manager, Lead Installers, and Warehouse/Operations professionals.

- Serve as the subject matter expert at your branch for all plumbing‑related operations
- Balance your schedule with both office (~30%) and field work (~70%)
- Review all upcoming jobs with the Installation Manager and obtain applicable permits
- Schedule rough‑in inspections and help facilitate pre‑installation and on‑site final inspections
- Respond to service calls and assist Installers with plumbing‑related questions over the phone or via site visits
- Act as primary back up to the Installation Manager and assist with scheduling installations, completing pre‑install inspections, and ordering products as needed
- Active Virginia Master Plumber License in good standing for designated territory
- Passion for using your plumbing expertise to develop the skills of those around you
- Strong attention to detail
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must have a valid smart phone or smart device to log into Company required systems using two‑factor authentication
