Inova Fairfax Hospital is seeking a Registered Nurse Fellow for our Adolescent Psychiatry Unit, on a 3 x 12-hour night shift (7:00 pm – 7:30 am). This full-time role welcomes acute care RNs eager to contribute to psychiatric care and patient outcomes, with sign-on bonus and relocation support for qualified external applicants.
Our inpatient units emphasize safety, structure, and a patient-centered approach, with an average nurse-to-patient ratio of 6:1.
