Northstrat has opportunities for Cleared Software professionals at all experience levels. We are looking for individuals with a strong background in software engineering to include the design, development, integration, and deployment of new software applications. Northstrat is hiring front‑end, back‑end, and full‑stack engineers.

Software Engineers are expected to have excellent technical expertise, be highly self‑directed and motivated, collaborate respectfully with teammates, and focus on customer service and our mission end‑users. You will be part of a responsive team where communication skills and the ability to solve problems are critical to our success.

• Participate in new development starting with requirements analysis and design.
• Provide a technical solution compliant with the design and interface definitions.
• Support testing, integration, and deployment of the software baseline.
• Understand and be able to communicate technical concepts.
• Collaborate on technical items with the larger team.
• Apply knowledge of development and configuration management practices.

• Expertise with Java, HTML5, CSS, RESTful, Angular
  
  JS, Bootstrap, Cesium, React, and Open Layers.
• Experience with Web services.
• Experience in service‑based development.
• Experience with Linux operating systems.

• Understanding of software‑defined radio systems.
• Exposure to all phases of product development (concept, design, implementation, test, and production).

• Minimum BS or higher degree in engineering, computer science, information technology, or related field.
