• Lead personalized one-on-one or small group fitness sessions (in-home or on-site)
• Create and adjust customized programs focusing on strength, alignment, mobility, and longevity
• Motivate clients and track their progress toward goals
• Educate clients on safe movement and healthy habits
• Represent GYMGUYZ with professionalism and positivity

• Certified Personal Trainer (ISSA, NASM, ACE, ACSM, or similar)
• CPR/AED certified
