Kids Daycare Coach

Job description:

We are seeking a dynamic Kids Sports Daycare Coach who thrives in early childhood group settings, providing young children with an engaging, fun, and non-competitive introduction to sports. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with young children and a talent for organizing sports and physical activities that foster physical literacy and social skills.

• Augusta area
• Expected hours: 10 – 20 per week
• Most times from 9
  -11 and 3-5pm
• *** Car is required

• Strong background in working with children
• This role will transition to more of a managerial role handling more of the day-to-day operations, marketing, scheduling, social media, networking and continuing to grow the business
• * Must have a car

• Travel between classes is mandatory so prospective coaches need to have reliable transportation and a flexible schedule.
• Training and equipment will be provided.
• Background in playing sports is strongly preferred, but it's most important that our coaches love working with young children!
• Experience in a classroom setting is preferred
• 10-20 hours/week guaranteed
