Join our team for a rewarding driving experience with no-touch freight, primarily consisting of refrigerated loads. Drivers will deliver exclusively to warehouses, with all loads beginning and ending in Front Royal, VA.

• Transport loads to and from warehouses.
• Return empty trailers or pick up backhaul loads from customer warehouses.
• Ensure safe and secure parking for your tractor/trailer near your home.
• Drive primarily at night.

We prioritize getting our drivers home weekly, with a guarantee of being home at least every other weekend for a 34-hour reset.

• Onsite mechanic shop.
• Dedicated driver manager personnel.
• Shower facilities available.
• Food and shopping options nearby.

• Hazmat endorsement required within 90 days of hire.
• Drivers may operate in the following states: MA, CT, NY (Albany and Syracuse - Backhauls out of Buffalo), NJ, PA, MD, VA, NC, SC, OH, IN, and KY.

• Average weekly pay of $1500 gross.
• Detention pay of $20 per hour after 2 hours on backhauls only (no detention pay for outbound loads).
• Hazmat loads compensated at $75.
• Safe and on-time bonus of up to 3 additional CPM.
• 5-day mentor pay of $150 per day.
