Job Title: Load Operator – Snow Operations (On-Call, Winter)

Location: Washington, VA 22747

Employment Type: On-Call / Seasonal (Winter 2025)

Shifts- 8AM to 8PM and 8PM to 8AM

We are looking for dependable Load Operators to join our snowoperations team this winter season. This is an on-call position thatwill be activated during snow events. Operators will be responsible for safely operating loaders, skid steers, or similar heavy equipment to clear and managesnow and ice from designated areas.

• Operate loadersor other assigned equipment to remove snow from roads, lots, andsidewalks.
• Load and haulsnow when required.
• Conduct basicpre- and post-operation equipment checks.
• Work on an as-needed,on-call basis during and after snow events (daytime, nighttime,weekends, or holidays).
• Follow safety procedures and maintain communication with supervisors.

• Experience operating heavy equipment (loader, skid steer, tractor, or equivalent).
• Valid driver’slicense (CDL preferred but not required).
• Availability and flexibility to respond on short notice during winter storms.
• Ability to workin cold and extreme weather conditions.
