Mosaic’s Central Service Center in Doswell, VA, is growing — and we’re looking for a dependable, motivated Warehouse Order Picker to join our team.

What You’ll Do- Pull, pack, and verify orders for delivery and pickup.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and stand‑up reach trucks (training available for qualified operators).
- Keep warehouse areas clean, organized, and safe.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth, on‑time order fulfillment.
- Support loading, receiving, and inventory control as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- Warehouse or order‑picking experience required.
- Stand‑up reach truck/forklift experience preferred.
- Comfortable lifting 50–75 lbs. throughout the day.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and teamwork focus.
- Basic computer or scanner skills helpful (training provided).
