Vansant Church of Christ is seeking a Family Minister / Family Ministry Director to lead our children’s ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs. This role will equip parents, mentor students, and develop a unified ministry strategy from birth through 12th grade that helps families grow in their faith and live out our mission of Connecting People to Jesus.
Key Responsibilities:
● Lead children’s ministry, youth ministry, and family discipleship programs.
● Equip parents as the primary spiritual leaders in their homes.
● Recruit, train, and encourage volunteer leaders.
● Plan and teach Bible-based lessons for kids and students.
● Organize family and community outreach events.
Qualifications:
● Growing personal relationship with Jesus Christ.
● Experience in children’s ministry, youth ministry, or family ministry.
● Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
● Ability to teach, mentor, and work well in a team.
