Registered Nurse ($10,000 Sign-on Bonus)

• Provides nursing services and health care to Grafton clients, monitoring health and documenting treatments.
• Administers medications, monitors reactions, and records changes in client medication plans.
• Attends to clients who admit themselves as sick or injured (Sick call).
• Assists with psychological reviews, schedules appointments with providers and dentists, and attends specialty appointments.
• Contacts parents or legal guardians to discuss medical issues and treatment status.
• Works on‑call duty in rotation, promptly responding to immediate nursing service calls.
• Provides hepatitis B, flu vaccines, and PPD testing to Grafton staff.
• Conducts in‑service staff training on nursing and medication administration.
• Promotes and assists in controlling communicable disease.
• Contributes the medical perspective to multidisciplinary team meetings.
• Participates in facility meetings and committees as needed.
• Prepares health service forms such as medication permission forms and on‑call sheets.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• Valid RN license from the State Board of Nursing.
• 1–2 years of experience providing nursing services or equivalent training/experience.
• Thorough knowledge of practical nursing techniques.
• Computer proficiency, strong communication skills, and ability to maintain effective working relationships.
• Valid state driver’s license.

• Starting at $38.48 up to $51.29 per hour, commensurate with experience.
