Lawrenceville Health & Rehabilitation is hiring a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) for our Long‑Term Care and Skilled Nursing Facility located in Lawrenceville, VA. This is a part‑time, per diem position with day shift availability.

Base pay: $29.00–$33.15 per hour (plus shift differentials as applicable).

• Provide nursing care in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and state, federal, and local guidelines.

Administer medications and treatments with precision and compassion.
• Collaborate with RNs, CNAs, and interdisciplinary teams.
• Support residents’ physical, emotional, and psychological well‑being.
• Assist with resident comfort and collect samples, monitor catheters, and provide wound care.
• Maintain patient confidentiality and follow all policies and procedures.
• Record and monitor vital signs and other clinical data.
• Coach staff as necessary.

• Current LPN license in Virginia.
• CPR/BLS certification (willingness to obtain).
• Preferred previous LTC or SNF experience, new grads welcome.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and strong clinical judgment.
