Pay Range
$39.00/hr - $44.59/hr (plus shift differentials; up to $10,000.00 sign‑on bonus, limited time)
Position OverviewRegistered Nurse (RN) – Fairmont Crossing Health & Rehab Center
Full‑time, part‑time or per‑diem opportunities. Shift options include:
• Part‑time: 3:00 pm – 11:00 pm
• Full‑time: 7:00 am – 7:00 pm and 7:00 pm – 7:00 am

- Provide nursing care to meet resident needs in accordance with standards of practice, physician orders, center policies, and state, federal, and local guidelines.
- Plan and monitor nursing interventions for each resident, evaluating effectiveness and developing alternative interventions as needed.
- Educate families and residents about care and health management.
- Administer medications and treatments timely and in accordance with center policy.
- Transcribe physician orders and chart progress notes accurately.
- Identify and report changes in condition to supervisor, physician, and family.
- Accurately identify skin changes and follow skin management protocols.
- Order and report diagnostic tests timely.
- Follow pharmacy policy and procedures for medication ordering and delivery.
- Coordinate resident rehabilitation with therapists to ensure rehabilitation needs are met.
- Ensure CNA documentation is completed daily and that assignments are completed on time.
- Perform additional nursing care responsibilities as required by the State Nurse Practice Act.
- Active state RN license.
- CPR/BLS certification.
- Experience in long‑term care or skilled nursing preferred.
- Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills.
- Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
- Ability to lift 25 or more pounds.
- Ability to stand, bend, and walk for extended periods.
- Team player, strong communicator, passionate about senior care.
