Eastern Health Group seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) Weekend Supervisor to oversee clinical and administrative nursing functions on weekend shifts in a nursing home setting. You will ensure high-quality care, regulatory compliance, and seamless resident services, while guiding a team of RNs, LPNs, and CNAs.
This leadership role requires current Virginia RN licensure, a BSN or ADN, 2–3 years in long-term care, CPR/BLS, and a commitment to mentorship, documentation, and collaboration with physicians
