Role: PCU Registered Nurse (RN) responsible for delivering high-quality patient care in hospital settings.
Responsibilities Include- Assessing, monitoring, and documenting patient conditions
- Monitoring cardiac rhythms and patient status changes
- Administering medications, IV therapies, and treatments
- Collaborating with physicians and care teams
- Maintaining accurate electronic medical records
- Following infection-control and safety standards
- Educating patients and families on care and discharge procedures
- Adapting to various hospital units and environments
- Active Virginia RN License
- At least 2 years of recent PCU nursing experience within the past 4 years
- Current AHA BLS and ACLS certifications
- Recent QuantiFERON-TB Gold test (within 12 months)
- COVID-19 vaccination or approved exemption
- Additional credentials may be required based on facility
- Choose your own shifts, including days and nights
- Work as little as one shift per month
