American Traveler is hiring an experienced Outpatient Oncology Infusion RN with OCN certification and EPIC/Beacon experience for a day-shift assignment.

• Outpatient clinic infusion suite with 8 chairs and 2 private bedrooms
• Oncology patient population receiving chemotherapy, immune/biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and other infusions/injections
• Expected patient ratio of 1:4
• Uses EPIC/Beacon EMR
• Day shift schedule, 5x8-hour shifts from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
• Floating may be requested based on facility needs

• Active VA RN license or compact license in hand
• Required certifications: BLS and Chemotherapy certification (ONS/ONCC)
• OCN (Oncology Certified Nurse) certification required
• EPIC charting experience required
• NIH and stroke education required
• Specialty experience within the last year required
• No travel experience required

• Administer chemotherapy, immune/biotherapies, blood products, antibiotics, and infusions/injections in an outpatient oncology setting
• Local candidates accepted at the same base rate
• Previous permanent employees must have a gap of at least 6 months before returning as a traveler
• RTO should be minimal, with no more than 7 days total and no full calendar weeks off during the assignment
• All RTO requests must be submitted at the time of initial submission; no additional requests will be approved after an offer is made
