** Day or night shift; varied patient ratios based on labor stages; one to two on-call shifts per month preferred
** Highlights:**- Join a rapidly growing 10-bed Labor unit with 13 postpartum beds and 2 ORs, plus Level 2 NICU support
- Work alongside a collaborative team with 24/7 in-house OB Hospitalist and Neonatology providers
- Full-service Labor & Delivery including vaginal deliveries, C-sections, inductions, and OB ED/triage
- Labor tubs available for midwifery patients; advanced fetal monitoring system in place- EMR platforms:
Meditech and CPN
- Scrubs provided by facility
** Requirements:**- Active Virginia RN license or ability to obtain
- Minimum 2 years Labor & Delivery experience required- BLS, ACLS, NRP, and Fetal Monitoring (C-EFM) certifications required
- Flexibility and strong teamwork skills preferred
- May assist in Postpartum as needed
