Licensed Practical/Vocational Nurse (LPN/LVN)
Responsibilities include:
- Providing nursing care for infants with low acuity needs and GTube feeding in a non-mobile setting
- Ensuring clinical outcomes through compassionate, high-quality homecare
- Utilizing electronic documentation via tablets in patients' homes
- Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to support patient health
- Active, unencumbered LPN/LVN license in the practicing state; compact licenses must transfer within 90 days
- Current CPR certification with hands‑on component (training available post‑hire)
- TB skin test within the last 12 months
- Reliable transportation
- Six months of hands‑on nursing experience preferred but not required
- Strong communication, compassion, and clinical skills
- Flexible scheduling options including full‑time, part‑time, or PRN shifts, with day, night, and weekend availability
