Responsibilities:

• Provide professional nursing care within an assigned clinical area, following facility policies and procedures.
• Monitor patient condition, document observations, and communicate changes to the appropriate care team members.
• Administer medications and treatments as directed and support safe, timely patient care.
• Collaborate with the care team to support care planning, patient education, and continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate, timely documentation and support a safety-focused work environment.
