Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary for experienced veterinarians: $140–175K (based on skillset, experience, and schedule)
• Potential to earn >$180K via a no‑negative‑accrual bonus plan (optional)
• Relocation stipend and multi‑year commitment bonus (negotiable)
