• Develops and implements processes and procedures to improve quality throughout the organization.
• Performs inspections of finished or in‑process goods, analyzes data, and identifies trends in defects or errors.
• Investigates quality failures and recommends changes to internal procedures to prevent future issues.
• Assesses and reports on the impact of process changes on quality.
• Monitors vendors or suppliers for compliance with established or contracted quality standards.
• Handles complex issues and problems, escalating only the most complex issues to higher‑level staff.
• Possesses comprehensive knowledge of subject matter; may act as a lead.
• Planned, configured, tested, and implemented operational changes to create the release package for delivery or changes to the designated service.
• Manages all aspects of the end‑to‑end release process, ensuring coordination of build and test environments and release teams.
• Ensures teams follow the organization’s established policies and procedures.
• Provides configuration management planning and supports the configuration change operational and approval process.
• Supports the quality assurance process audits and provides management reports on release progress.
• Responsible for service roll‑out planning, including deployment method and communication implementation in coordination with the CBP Change Operational Process.

• An active DoD Secret clearance is required for consideration.
• Relevant certifications such as ITIL v3, CCNA, CCNP, CompTIA, or Change Management.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related technical field such as Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering, IT, Networking, or Telecommunications.
• Minimum eight (8) plus years of experience in an equivalent technical field.
