We are looking to recruit a Strategic Land Manager to join our team based in the Yorkshire Region. The main purpose of the Strategic Land Manager role is to identify and secure strategic land opportunities in Yorkshire to support the growth aspirations of the Region.
Responsibilities- Project Management of new opportunities and keeping the landowners informed of progress to maintain relationships
- Sourcing and securing new strategic opportunities within the Yorkshire region
- Maintaining and nurturing a strong agent contact base
- Monitoring the progression of the Miller Strategic portfolio through the system
- A good understanding of the legal processes including: option agreements, promotional agreements, easements etc
- Commercially focussed and have a broad range of experience of planning and structuring strategic land opportunities
- Full driving license
- Computer literate and excellent communication skills
- Competitive basic salary
