Join Northern Virginia’s Rapidly Expanding Real Estate Team as a Real Estate Assistant

Are you passionate about real estate and skilled at managing detailed tasks? We’re looking for a dedicated Real Estate Assistant to become an integral part of our dynamic, high-performing team based in Northern Virginia.

As we gear up to launch with Zillow Flex, we operate from a state-of-the-art office and boast one of the largest social media followings in the DMV region, attracting over 10 million monthly views across platforms like Instagram and You Tube.



Key Responsibilities

• Deliver vital administrative support and coordinate transactions for our agents
• Manage listings, update MLS data, arrange signage, and schedule professional photography
• Maintain timely and effective communication with clients, vendors, and team members
• Coordinate showings, inspections, and closing appointments with accuracy
• Assist with marketing efforts, including social media content creation, email campaigns, and CRM upkeep

• Highly organized with excellent time management capabilities
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Tech-savvy, proactive, and adept at creative problem-solving
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
• Driven to build a successful career in real estate

Responsibilities

• Graduate from PLACE New Agent Launch
• Work with sales agent to guide their clients to homes
• Provide detailed, written feedback to confirm or refine clients’ search criteria
• Write and negotiate offers on behalf of the sales agent and clients
• Lead generate a minimum of 10 hours a week
• Participate in weekly script practice per team standards
• Participate in team activities per team standards
• Commit to weekly 1:1 coaching session, weekly trainings and Partner Call
• Track tasks and activities in PLACE Technology
